碱酚醛树脂砂生产铸钢件临界吃砂量的模拟试验

摘    要:测试了在100~500℃温度下,碱酚醛树脂砂与硅砂混合配比的溃散性,找出了型砂全部溃散时的最低温度为400℃。运用Procast软件模拟了不同壁厚的圆筒形铸钢件的凝固过程及铸型和型芯的温度场;研究了圆筒形铸钢件壁厚(模数)与碱酚醛树脂砂临界吃砂量的关系,给出了两者之间的回归方程。

Abstract:The collapsibility of different proportion of alkali phenolic resin sand with the silica sand at 100 ~500 ℃ was investigated,and the lowest temperature is 400 ℃ when the mold is totally collapsed.The solidification process and the temperature field of the mold and core in cylindrical steel castings with different wall-thickness were simulated by the Procast software.The relationship between the wall thickness(module) of cylindrical steel castings and the critical mold thickness of the alkali phenolic resin sand was described,and the regression equation was presented.
