摘    要:研制了一种连续波Ka波段二进制8路空间功率合成放大器,采用全波导分配/合成结构,结合了分支波导耦合器和空间功率合成技术,具有低损耗、高效率、驻波良好和结构紧凑的特点。在31~36GHz频率范围内,增益为17.5~19.5dB,连续饱和输出平均功率Pout≥10W,工作效率在全频段内大于13%,功率合成效率超过72.5%,最大合成效率超过90%。

Abstract:A Ka-band eight-way spatial power combiner,which is based on the branch-waveguide coupler and spatial power technology,is presented.The structure has advantages of low insertion-loss,high power combining efficiency,low VSWR and Compact structure.In the range of 31~36GHz band,the measured gain is 17.5~19.5dB,and the average saturate output power is higher than 10W and the operation efficiency is more than 13%.Moreover,the overall power combining efficiency is above 72.5% and the highest power combining efficiency is over 90%.
