E型磨煤机钢球消失模铸造工艺及数值模拟

摘    要:用消失模工艺铸造E型磨煤机用耐磨空心钢球,设计了侧注、顶注两种工艺方案,并用华铸CAE分析系统对两种方案进行充型和凝固模拟,并对两种方案的模拟结果进行分析和对比。另将试验结果和模拟结果作对比。分析了在铸造大型空心钢球方面,用消失模工艺方法生产的优势和劣势。

Abstract:A wear-resistant hollow stell ball for E-type coal mill was produced by lost foam casting process. Two pouring schemes including the top pouring and the side pouring were designed. The filling and solidification of the two schemes were simulated by the Huazhu CAE software. The simulated results were analyzed comparatively. And the experiment results were well in agreement with the simulated ones. The advantages and disadvantages of producing large wear-resistant hollow steel ball with lost foam casting process were described.
