宽频带悬置线带通滤波器的研制

摘    要:主要介绍了一种设计宽频带带通滤波器的新方法,即通过HFSS软件的本征模式求得悬置线交指滤波电路设计的初值,再经Designer软件建模优化,最终得到满足设计要求的滤波器电路。根据文中提供的设计方法,研制成功了通带分别为2~4GHz、4~8GHz、8~12GHz、12~18GHz的悬置线(SSS)带通滤波器,实测的滤波器响应曲线与仿真曲线吻合良好。该类滤波器电性能优良、成本低、体积小、易加工、易与微带电路集成,因而具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The article mainly introduces a new way to design the wide band-pass filters,including how to compute coupled lines initial values with software HFSS Eigenmode,then simulate and optimize the whole filter’s parameters to find the appropriate values with software designer.On the base of that way,we have designed the band-pass filters with passband 2~4GHz、4~8GHz、8~12GHz、12~18GHz respectively with Suspended Substrate Stripline(SSS).By testing these products,it is found that measured results and simulated results are in good agreement.In addition,the wide band-pass filters have been applied in broad field for theirs excellent performance.
