汽车镁合金控制臂挤压铸造缺陷的预测分析

摘    要:结合数值模拟,研究了镁合金汽车控制臂挤压铸造过程中的温度场和速度矢量场,分析了在挤压铸造过程中可能出现的缺陷。结合后期试验,对零件缺陷出现的位置、尺寸以及是否符合产品安全性能指标要求进行验证分析。结果表明,在浇注温度为680℃,挤压速度为1m/s,增压压力为70MPa时生产的镁合金汽车控制臂,其缺陷的分布和尺寸均在安全指标范围之内,零件结构设计和成形工艺方案符合性能要求。

Abstract:Temperature field and velocity vector field in squeezing casting magnesium alloy automobile control arm were simulated by numerical simulation software to predict the possible defects in the control arm during squeezing casting process.Combining with experiments,the position and size of defects occurred in the squeezing casting control arm were analyzed,and the safety performance of the control arm was verified.The results show that the distribution and size of defects are located in range of safety index for produced magnesium alloy control arm with pouring at 680 ℃ and squeezing at 1 m/s as well as holding pressure of 42 MPa,and structure design and forming process meet the performance requirements.
