AC4B铝合金缸盖轴向疲劳强度的研究

摘    要:150℃下,在AC4B铝合金的C14缸盖铸件本体上取样,进行高周(107循环次数)和低周(105循环次数)疲劳试验。运用非线性拟合和统计方法求得AC4B铝合金的低周疲劳强度和高周疲劳强度。试验结果表明,高周疲劳S-N曲线呈二阶指数衰减形态,满足"有限疲劳极限"条件。低周疲劳S-N曲线呈二次方程形态。两种方法求得AC4B铝合金的高周疲劳强度和低周疲劳强度基本一致,分析方法合理,结果可靠。AC4B铝合金的低周和高周疲劳强度均能满足缸盖的使用要求。

Abstract:Fatigue tests in terms of high cycle of 107 and low cycle of 105 at 150 ℃ were carried out for the samples from gravity-casting C14 cylinder heads of AC4B aluminum alloy.The low cycle fatigue strength and high-cycle fatigue strength of AC4B aluminum alloy were presented by non-linear fitting and statistical method.The results show that high-cycle fatigue S-N curves follows second-order exponential decay form,meeting the "limited fatigue limit" condition,while low-cycle fatigue S-N curves is characterized by quadratic form.Low-cycle fatigue strength and high-cycle fatigue strength obtained are consistent by two kinds of ways,which shows that the analysis method is rational and reliable.Fatigue strengths of samples involving the low-cycle and high-cycle both meet the new Sail cars safety and reliability of Shanghai GM.
