Technological Equipment Innovation of SCR Cast Wheel and Control of Mechanical Fault

Through practical production investigation,mechanical fault of SCR cast wheel which limited the production was resolved successfully.Through deeply investigating the origination of mechanical fault of SCR cast wheel,some pertinent measures were presented,such as technological equipment innovation and focalization maintenance,fixed-time check and in-time monitor as well as proper-time modification,which provided a guide for increasing service life of cast wheel,improving the quality and production as well as economic efficiency of copper rod.
