摘    要:针对气敏阵列的非线性与交叉敏特点,提出用曲面分块平面化方法分析二维混合气浓度。通过参数辨识构造线性模型,用解析法判定气体浓度,可行性强,测试准确。

Abstract:In the paper an analytic method of gas mixture by local linearization of curved surface is presented according to the nonlinearization and the cross sensitivities of gas sensor array.The linear model of local curved surface is established by system identification,which can determine the concentration of each gas analytically and precisely.
