高分子电阻型湿敏元件的导电离子迁移率及其数目的测量与分析

摘    要:用直流极性反转法测量了高分子电阻型湿敏元件的导电离子迁移率,利用复阻抗谱法测得的电导求出了导电离子的数目,根据不同导电离子的迁移率及其数目,判别了湿敏元件不同湿度区域的导电离子的种类,并对导电机理作了分析。

Abstract:The ionic mobilities of resistive polymer humidity sensor were measured by reversing polarity method and their ionic numbers of different humidity measured with complex impedance spectra method. Their ionic types in different humidity and conduction mechanism were analysised from their mobilities and numbers.
