圆形光斑面积变化反函数的计算方法及其应用

摘    要:基于探测圆形光斑面积变化来确定被测物体位置的光电传感器存在非线性及测量范围小的问题。文中给出了最佳逼近和近似函数拟合两类3种计算方法,来计算光斑面积的反函数,并对计算方法进行了比较。长期应用的实践证明,采用适当的计算方法能改善传感器的性能,并扩大其应用范围。

Abstract:The photoelecric sensor ,which is based on detecting variationn in area of a round light spot,has nonlinear output and its measuring range is also narrow in application.Three calculating approaches referable to Best Approximation and Approximate Function Fitting are presen ted here for solving the above mentioned problems and they are compared with each other also in this paper,The result using this kind of photoelectric sensor in a long time practice has shown that the performance of the sensor has been improved with appropriate calculating approach and therefore application scope of the sensor could be greatly broadened.
