| Abstract: | In this paper,a photoelectrical measurer of CCD,that is used the on line measument of the outside diameter of balls,its tructure design and implement method are introduced.The effect of some actual problems on the measuring precision of the photoelectrical measurer of CCD and the method to solve these problem are investigated and discussed. |
