| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了ＣＡＤ技术在压力传感器设计中的具体应用。针对压力传感器的各个设计环节，提出了具体的实现方法。所组成的设计系统利用国内外先进的ＣＡＤ技术，综合考虑工作站的高性能和微机的易用性，使得组成的设计系统极为灵活，使用方便，适用范围广。
