网络在火力发电厂DCS中的重要性

计算机网络已经取代热控系统的常规显示仪表和硬手操器,成为火电厂热控系统中快速高效的信息传递通道,是火电厂DCS的"神经中枢"。一旦网络瘫痪,将会导致DCS的通讯中断,将会使运行中的发电机组处于失控状态,这将严重危胁人员和机组的安全。如果处理不当,还会酿成重大、恶性事故,其后果是无法预计的。因此,网络的安全可靠,是整个DCS发挥作用的关键,也是火力发电机组安全运行的先决条件。

Importance of network for DCS in fuel electric plant

Computer network has became fast and effective passage for information transmission and "nerve center" of distributed control system(DCS) in fuel electric plant after replacing common display and hard hand-control instrument in heat control system. If once network paralysis would lead interruption of DCS communication and also make generating unit to be operating out of control,even serious impair people and generating unit's safety. In case of undertreatment,there would cause heavy,even vicious accident and incalculable result. Therefore network's safety and reliability is the key point of DCS and also the prerequisite of safe operation of thermal power generating unit.
