改性木素磺酸金属盐鞣剂应用性能研究

摘    要:木素磺酸钾和木素磺酸钠是由木素磺酸改性的金属盐鞣剂,研究了2种鞣剂与荆树皮复配时鞣制效果以及与铝盐结合鞣效果。研究表明,木素磺酸钾能部分代替荆树皮鞣制,成革效果近似荆树皮鞣制,且抗张强度和撕裂强度还略有提高。同时,木素磺酸钾与铝盐结合鞣,成革收缩温度以及外观手感可达服装革和鞋面革要求,是一种值得推广的清洁化鞣制方法。

Abstract:Sodium lignosulfonat and potassium lignosulfonat belong to metal salt tanning agents formed by modified lignin.The tanning effects of combination tannage by these two tanning agents separately with mimosia and aluminum salt were investigated. The results showed clearly that potassium lignosulfonat could replace some mimosa partly, and then reduced the amount of mimosa in tanning leather, and tensile through combination tannage with potassium lignosulfonat and aluminium salt, which is a promising clean tanning process.
