基于模糊层次分析法的港口工程绿色指标评价体系研究

摘    要:针对港口工程的生态环境问题日益突出的现状,对港口工程绿色评价开展了研究,建立了可用于评价港口工程绿色度的指标体系。采用三标度法确定指标体系同一层次中不同指标的权重,将三标度法中的相对重要性系数ck以及单因素评价集用模糊数表示,将定量指标利用效益型指标、成本型指标和适中型指标三种模型进行转化。综合以上研究,建立了适用于港口工程绿色评价的模糊层次分析模型。通过实例分析表明建立的评价体系可满足人们对于港口工程绿色度的要求。更多还原

Abstract:The green evaluation of the harbor engineering is carried out with consideration of the fact that the ecological environment of the harbor engineering is increasingly becoming a serious problem,and the green index system which can be applied for the green evaluation of the harbor engineering is built up.The weights between different indexes in the same level are determined by the three-scale method. The relative importance coefficient ck of the three-scale method and single factor evaluation set are expressed as fuzzy number,then,in terms of this process,the quantitative factors are categorized into 3 types,i.e.,the benefit-style index,cost-style index and moderate-style index.As a result,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model suitable for the green evaluation system of harbor engineering is developed.It is verified by a case study that the green evaluation system here could meet the green degree requirements of people for the harbor engineering.
