摘    要:通过对特细号棉纱生产条件和产品的分析,从多种纺织纤维的状况和未来发展的趋势,提出生产特细号棉纱的纤维性能和物理指标;分析现有纺纱设备、纺纱器材、纺纱原理在纺特细号棉纱生产中存在的问题,提出其未来的发展方向与特细号棉纱生产中矛盾的解决办法.指出:特细号纱大面积生产的关键在于超级长绒棉品种繁殖技术、种植技术、加工技术的改进提高,目前的纺纱设备、器材及纺纱原理和工艺均不能满足1.95 tex以下棉纱的生产,须研究多种纺纱原理的叠加技术,设备与器材则必须进行革新;细纱工序和自动络筒各工序无限制的断头,即因纺纱最低强力的限制导致断头的问题,也就是应解决特细号棉纱的强力问题,并减少棉纱在纺纱过程中的摩擦.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the condition and the product for the spinning of the super fine cotton yarn,introduction is put forth to the fibre performance and the mechanical index of the super fine yarn on the basis of the analysis of the condition of fibre varieties and the fibre development. Analysis is clone to the problems resulting from the current spinning frames,accessories,and the spinning theory and the solution is given herewith. Conclusion is made that mass production of the super fine yarn is dependable on the im- provement of the reproduction and processing of the cotton with super long fibre. The on-going spinning frame and the accessories plus the process are not qualified for production of cotton yarn under 1.9 rex. It is necessary to make an approach into the synthetization technology of multi-spinng theory with tech-modi- fication of the frame and the accessories. The endless end break in the spinning area and the auto winding area, say, the end break resulting from the limit of the least strength, is much related with the strength of the super fine yarn,and more it is necessary to reduce the friction of the cotton yarn in the process of spinning.
