在简述散热量测定方法相关标准的基础上，着重从检测对象、检测参数、稳态数据的采集和标准散热器的规定等几方面对国家现行标准、旧标准以及欧洲标准进行了简单的分析和比较，以期给散热量测试人员提供指导。

Similarities and differences of measuring methods of heat dissipating capacity between new and old standards and foreign standards

On the basis of illustrating relevant standards of measuring methods of heat dissipating capacity, from aspects of detection objects, detection parameter, collection of stable data, and regulations of standard radiator and so on, this paper simply makes an analysis and comparison among current domestic standards, old standards and European standards, with a view to provide guidance for testing personnel of heat dissipating capacity.
