基于PR控制器的永磁同步电动机弱磁控制

摘    要:介绍了永磁同步电动机的数学模型,并对其弱磁原理进行阐述.因传统的调速控制经解耦后常采用PI调节器,引入与温度和电路参数有关的交叉耦合项和前馈补偿项,影响了控制系统的鲁棒性,特别是在额定转速以上的弱磁运行时影响更大.分析了比例谐振PR控制器特点,并提出一种基于改进PR控制器及转子磁链定向的移相弱磁控制策略.仿真结果表明,所述的控制策略能实现永磁同步电动机的高倍弱磁扩速,具有良好的鲁棒性和动态性能,验证了该方法的正确性.

Abstract:The operating principles of permanent magnet synchronous motor was described,and the weakening principle was introduced.PI controller,often influence of motor parameters,affecting the robustness of control system were often used in traditional control after decoupling,especially operated at above the rated speed on flux weakening condition.The proportional resonant(PR) controller features was analyzed,and a phase-shift flux weakening control method based on the improved PR controller was presented.Simulation results show the system can realize the high-time flux-weakening control and has good dynamic and static responses.And the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified.
