电动式电子膨胀阀控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对温度控制的精确要求,设计了一种基于ATMEGA16单片机和THB6128步进电动机驱动芯片的电子膨胀阀控制系统。温度传感器将温度转换为数字信号输入给单片机,单片机采用PID算法计算出步进电动机要运行的步数,驱动步进电动机控制电子膨胀阀的开度,实现温度的精确控制。实践表明,该控制系统具有控制精度高、价格低廉等优点。

Abstract:According to the high precise requirement of temperature control,a common EEV control system based on ATMEGA16 MCU and THB6128 stepper motor driver was designed.The temperature gathered by temperature sensor was converted to a digital signal input to the MCU.The running steps of the stepper motor were calculated by the PID algorithm.The opening percentage of the EEV was controlled by driving stepper motor.The high precise temperature control was achieved.The practice shows that the system has higher control precision and lower price.
