摘    要:针对永磁同步电动机伺服系统,其电阻、转动惯量等参数会发生变化,使系统控制环性能变差的情况,介绍了一种对电阻、电感与转动惯量进行辨识的自适应控制方法。该方法首先辨识电机的电感与电阻,设计电流环;然后采用改进的朗道离散时间递推,提出模型参考自适应算法,辨识转动惯量,设计电压环。仿真与实验结果表明,系统可以快速地跟踪参数的变化,并较之于传统的PID控制,系统的超调量小,速度响应快,具有良好的鲁棒性与稳定性。

Abstract:For the permanent magnetic synchronous motor servo system,the performance of closed loop controller turns bad with the parameters of stator resistance and motor Inertia,an adaptive method was proposed to identify resistance,inductance and motor inertia.The motor inductance and stator resistance were firstly identified to design current loop controller.Based on Landau theory,the model reference identification was designed to identify rotor flux and adjust the coefficients of PID controller.The simulation and experiment results show that the system of PMSM based on parameter identification tracks the changing parameters quickly and have less overshoot,more quickly dynamic response,good robustness and high steady-state performance.
