永磁同步电动机DTC的初始转子位置估计方法

摘    要:高性能的永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制需要准确知道电机的初始转子位置,如果初始转子位置估计误差超过了30°电角度,会导致电机起动失败。在永磁同步电动机数学模型的基础上,利用注入高频信号的方法来实现对凸极式永磁同步电动机初始转子位置的准确估计。该方法通过向定子绕组注入高频电压信号,对产生的高频电流分量进行分析和处理,并加入电机的磁极检测,从而实现对永磁同步电动机转子初始位置的准确估计。仿真结果证明了该方法可以准确地估计出永磁同步电动机初始转子位置,具有较好的鲁棒性。

Abstract:In the high-performance direct torque control(DTC) system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the initial rotor position must be known.If the error of initial rotor position exceeds positive-negative thirty electrical angles,it will lead to failure at starting.An initial rotor position estimation scheme based on high-frequency signal injection was used to determine the initial rotor position of saliency PMSM system.In this method a high frequency voltage signal was injected to the windings,corresponding stator current components were analyzed and processed and magnetic polarity was determined to accurately estimate the initial rotor position.Simulation results show that this method can accurately estimate the initial rotor position of PMSM and has good robust.
