摘    要:以6槽8极无刷直流电动机为例,介绍了分数槽集中绕组电机绕组结构包括单层结构和双层结构,通过Ansoft设计软件计算和样机测试对比,得出两者之间由于电感差异引起的机械特性的变化,为正确合理地应用单层绕组结构和双层绕组结构提供了思路。

Abstract:Fractional-slot concentrated windings contain single-layer and double-layer were introduced according to a 6 slot 8 poles brushless DC motor.The prototyping testing was compared by Ansoft calculation,and the experimental results indicated that the mechanical properties were changed by the inductance differences between them,which proposed a practical way to choose single-layer windings or double-layer windings.
