基于NuMicro M0516的超声波电动机驱动电路设计

摘    要:以NuMicro M0516微控制器为主控芯片,以推挽逆变电路为主电路,设计了一种成本低、通用性强、稳定性好的超声波电动机驱动电路。该驱动电路可方便地实现调频、调相及调压。当驱动信号频率为40 kHz时,频率调节精度为32 Hz,相位差调节精度为0.288°,占空比调节精度为0.08%。测试结果表明该驱动电路能够稳定、可靠地驱动电机。

Abstract:A low-cost versatileand and stable ultrasonic motor’s driving circuit was designed,Numicro M0516 and the push-pull inverter were taken respectively as the master chip and the main circuit.The modulation of frequency,phase and voltage were realized easily.When the frequency of driving signal was 40 kHz,the frequency resolution was 32 Hz,the phase difference resolution was 0.288°,and the duty cycle resolution was 0.08%.The test results show that the motor can be driven steadily and reliably by the circuit.
