起重机用绕线转子自起动永磁同步电动机起动过程仿真

摘    要:简要说明了绕线转子自起动永磁同步电动机的原理。使用Ansoft仿真软件对该电机的起动过程进行了仿真分析,对起动性能与同容量同极数的笼型自起动永磁同步电动机进行了分析比较。仿真结果显示,该电机在起动过程中通过实时调节转子外串电阻,使其跟随转速的变化而变化,增加了起动转矩,降低了起动电流,起动性能得到明显改善。

Abstract:The principles of the wound rotor line-start PMSM were elaborated,and the starting process of the motor was simulated and analyzed by Ansoft software.The starting performance was analyzed and compared with the squirrel cage rotor line-start PMSM of same capacity and pole numbers.Simulation results showed that the rotor external starting resistance was adjusted with the change of the rotating speed in the motor start process.The starting-torque was improved,the electric current was reduced,and the starting-function was ameliorated.
