大前角无理论误差插齿刀及其刃磨方法的研究

摘    要:提出一种大前角,无理论误差的插齿刀及其刃磨原理和刃磨装置。该刀具在零度前角插齿刀端面上没刀齿两侧切削刃的渐开线齿形磨出2个卷屑槽,在保证不破环插齿刀渐开线齿形(无理论误差)的前提下,可获得很大的法向前角,且刀刃各点的法向前角相等。该刀具的耐用度比普通插齿刀增另一倍以上,且被加工齿轮的齿形精度及生产率均有明显提高。

Abstract:A large rake gear shaper without theoretical errors is designed,at the same time,the tool sharpening methods and related device are given. On the end face of zero rake gear shaper, two scrap-grooves are ground along the both sides of involute profile,under the condition of infrangible to the involute profile(therefore there are no theoretical errors),a larger normal rake can then be obtained, and the normal rake of all edge points are identical. The results of cutting experiments show that the tool life is increased more than one time compared with general gear shaper,the profile accuracy and the productivity of gear shaping have been improved.
