| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作和企业民主管理工作具有目的一致、工作方法相似等能够紧密结合的前提条件，在推进企业民主管理工作中，必须加强思想政治工作；在企业思想政治工作中必须紧紧抓住推进民主管理工作这项核心内容，只有把思想政治工作同民主管理工作结合一起抓，把思想政治工作做到民主管理工作中，才能发挥把握企业发展的社会主义方向，充分调动广大职工的积极性、创造性等积极效果。
