| 摘 要： | 广播电视行业经过几十年的发展,积累下许多珍贵的多媒体资料,如何充分利用这些资源,一直是广电行业所关注的重点.随着各级电视台非编网络的相继建成与完善,提出了媒体资产管理这一新概念和技术领域,它是对媒体资产进行其寿命期内全面管理的总体解决方案。由于媒体资产管理在构成、特点、需求等方面与常规产业资产管理有较大区别,本文特针对目前绝大多数中小电视台实际情况,研究并提出媒体资产管理的解决方案。

| Abstract: | There are lots of precious Multimedia data from the several decades' development of Broadcasting Fields. How to efficient- ly utilize these assets becomes the vital problem in Broadcasting Industry. With the construction of non- linear- editing system in ev- ery TV- station, the concept of Multimedia Assert Manage (MAM) is raised. It is a managing solution for whole life of Multimedia assets. Because of its differences to the common assert manage in architecture characteristics and demands, a new MAM solution which is designed for Small and Middle TV- stations is researched and Applied in this paper. |
