| Abstract: | In this paper, the new method to get the threshold value of step-size by solving thelow-degree equation of misadjustment is suggeested through the analysis of misadjustment equation.The simulated result by computer shows that it is precise and practical to calculate the step-size byadopting the method presented in this paper. |
