| 摘 要： | 本文研究了钢铁的磷化条件,磷化膜的抗腐蚀性与磷化条件的关系,实验发现,磷化过程中加入酒石酸氢钾。既可调整磷化液的酸度,又能控制沉淀反应速度,改善晶体结构,提高磷化膜的抗腐蚀性能.

| Abstract: | The phosphating processes,and the relationship between the phosphating proceses and the crrosion resistance of iron and steel were studied. The experimental results showed that the acidity of phosphating solution Can be adjusted and the deposition rate Can be Controlled if the tartarus is added to the phosphating solution,The crystal structure and the corrosion resistance were also macth improved by such process as mentioned above. |
