摘    要:本文针时沈阳城市化建设带来的城市降雨量、降雨强度、汇流条件、径流水质等变化,导致城市水文生态失去平衡,更使城市防洪抗涝压力剧增.同时.雨水资源大量流失,地下术得不到有效补充,引发地面下沉等地质灾害.降雨径流携带的污染物质快速汇入城市河道,导致了沈阳城市河道富营养化及黑臭污染.

Abstract:Rainfall quantity and intensity, confluence conditions and runoff water quality have changed with the development of Shenyang city, which has been leading to ecological imbalance of urban hydrology, and increasing the pressure of flood control and waterlogging prevention. The loss of rainwater resources and the scarce supplement of groundwater have triggered ground subsidence and other geological disasters.
