| 摘 要： | 本文针时沈阳城市化建设带来的城市降雨量、降雨强度、汇流条件、径流水质等变化,导致城市水文生态失去平衡,更使城市防洪抗涝压力剧增.同时.雨水资源大量流失,地下术得不到有效补充,引发地面下沉等地质灾害.降雨径流携带的污染物质快速汇入城市河道,导致了沈阳城市河道富营养化及黑臭污染. |
