石化装备“十五”发展思路

经过改革重组 ,中国石化集团已具备良好的发展基础。“十五”期间 ,将切实改变经济增长方式 ,坚持技术进步、技术创新、技术改造和产业升级 ;积极引进资金、技术和管理方式 ,实现产权多元化。为保证中国石化较强的市场竞争力 ,要以经济效益为中心 ,通过对技术装备的引进、消化吸收和研制创新 ,开发具有自主知识产权的技术装备。重大装备国产化“十五”的目标是 :炼油装备技术达到 2 1世纪初的国际水平 ,石化和石油勘探开发装备技术达到 2 0世纪90年代末的国际水平 ,逐步实现装备大型化、高效化、成套化。按投资计算 ,炼油、石化、化纤、化肥和石油勘探开发设备的国产化率将分别达到 98%、 80 %、 60 %、 95%和 80 %。石油石化工业的发展对装备提出了更高要求 ,机械制造企业必须重视产品的质量和可靠性 ;跟踪国内外技术 ,开发新品种 ,满足石油石化生产工艺的不同需要 ;加强同国内外的合作开发 ,掌握专用设备设计技术 ,以及信守合同 ,按期交货等。

A solid foundation has been constructed for the development of China Petrochemical Group after regrouping. In the period of the tenth five-year plan, new measures for economic growth will be adopted, including strengthening technical reform and technical innovation, and importing capital, technical and management modes. To improve the competitiveness in the market of petrochemical equipment, some advanced equipment should be developed. The goal of developing petrochemical equipment in the tenth five-year plan is: the technique of refining equipment reaching the world level at the beginning of the 21st century, and the technique of petrochemical and petroleum exploration and development equipment reaching the world level in the late 1990s. With the development of petroleum and petrochemical industry, more demands on relevant equipment are put forward. The manufacturers must pay more attention to the quality and reliability of their products, and keep on developing new products to meet the need of the petroleum and petrochemical production processes.
