| 摘 要： | 通过正交设计试验方法，对影响羧甲基淀粉干法合成各因素及其产品的泥浆性能进行了研究，并与湿法工艺产品泥浆性能进行了对比试验，结果表明：ＣＭＳ干法合成生产设备简单，工艺参数易于控制，产品性能稳定，比湿法工艺生产成本降低７５％。

| Abstract: | The non-water sythesis(NWS) of Carboxyl MethlStarch(CMS)and the influence on mud properties have beeninvestigated, based on the orthogonal experimental method. The investigation shows that,contrasted to with-water sythe-sis of CMS,the NWS is of simple equipment,easier coutroll ofsythesis condition and better CMS properties. It also showsthat the production cost can been reduced by 75%usingNWS. |
