论房地产开发的整体产品模式

摘    要:从营销学的整体产品概念出发,提出房地产开发提供给消费者的应该是一个整体产品.这个产品是消费者在消费房地产产品的过程中所接受的所有有形和无形服务的总和.根据房地产整体产品的模式,开发商可以通过挖掘房地产产品的不同层次来构建楼盘的差异性,满足消费者的不同需求,从而在竞争中取得优势.

Abstract:Based on the total product concept, the real estate developers provide customer with a total product, which includes all tangible and intangible service consumed by customers in the life cycle of the real estate. According to the mode of real estate total product, developers can have the advantages in the competition by building the differences of buildings to satisfy the various demands of customers.
