| 摘 要： | 本文对化工机械行业常用的两头偏心轴套加工工艺进行了改进,设计了心轴进行装夹直接加工,使两头偏心轴套在心轴帮助下,不仅保证偏心轴套的加工质量,提高劳动生产率,而且降低加工成本,提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the two sides eccentric shaft processing technology in chemical machine industry was improved.The centre shaft was designed to the direct clamping processing.With the help of centre shaft,two sides eccentric shaft processing quality was assured,the labor productivity was also improved,the processing price was reduced and the economic was enhanced. |
