摘    要:采用一种低温低耗、环境友好的软化学溶液法制备出具有特殊形貌的纳米氧化铜,探索了络合配比、溶液pH值和反应时间对产物结构、形貌和尺寸的影响,通过XRD和SEM测试分析,结果表明,采用柠檬酸三钠为络合剂,在充分络合(铜络比为3:4)的条件下,适当的pH值范围(10~12)内,可获得由粒径约为十几纳米小颗粒组成的花状、球状结构的纳米CuO粉末,根据实验现象和分析结果,对该特殊形貌特征的纳米结构的形成机理给出了推断。

Abstract:Nanostructured CuO powders with interesting flower-like morphology have been prepared by a low-cost, low temperatm~ and environmental friend soft chemical solution method. The influences of molar ratio, pH value and reaction duration on crystal phase, morphology and size have been investigated in detail.The resuhs of XRD and SEM show that flower- and sphere-like nanostruetured CuO powders composed of tens nanometer sized grains have been obtained from the solution of pH 10-12 using trisodium citrate as complexing agent with molar ratio CH2+:C6H5O73- of 3:4. In addition, the formation mechanism of the nanostrueture with specific morphology has been proposed.
