| 摘 要： | 近年来大学生就业难的问题日益突出,面对严峻的就业形势,如何以市场为导向,增加就业机会,提升大学生就业能力,拓宽大学生就业途径显得特别重要。从大学生就业难问题入手,分析其主要成因,提出了基本对策,探索了开拓大学生就业创业的新路。

| Abstract: | College students＇ employment problem has become increasingly prominent in recent years, facing the severe employment situation, how to increase employment opportunities with the market as the orientation, promote college students＇ employment ability and expand channels for the college students is becoming very important. Considering the college students＇ employment problems, this paper analyzes the main causes and puts forward the basic countermeasures to help them find jobs and more opportunities. |
