| 摘 要： | 根据历史资料描述了130年前（清光绪三年）特大干旱给山西造成的灾情，计算分析了这次干旱的水资源情况，研究了现状条件下发生类似特大干旱时山西的抗灾能力，由于地下水连续超采和采煤的影响，我省现状供水体系不具备抗御特大干旱的能力，应尽快采取应急措施。

| Abstract: | According to historical data,this paper describes the Shanxi' disaster situation due to catastrophic drought that had occurred 130 years ago(in third year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty),calculates and analyzes this year's water resources situation,studies the present capacity to resist the catastrophic disaster that is similar to drought of third year of Guangxu.Because of the influence of successive overmining ground water and mining coal on water resources,Shanxi's present water-supply system does not have capacity to resist catastrophic drought,so that this paper presents some emergency drought-resisting measure that must be adopted as soon as possible. |
