摘    要:以子午线轮胎195/60R14为例,建立了轮胎在平面上滚动的三维非线性有限元模型。在模型中考虑了轮胎的几何非线性、材料非线性以及轮胎接触非线性,计算了轮胎在滚动状态下带束层帘线角度对轮胎变形、接地区压力分布、摩擦力分布、带束层应力分布等滚动特性的影响,为轮胎结构设计、振动与噪声分析提供了依据。

Abstract:A 3D finite element model of a rolling redial tire has been built with MARC software according to the practical structure of 195/60R14 tire. The model included geometric nonlinearity due to large deformation, material nonlinear, the anisotropy of rubber-cord composites, the nonlinear boundary conditions from tire rim contact and tire-pavement contact. The effects of belt angles on longitudinal-slip property of rolling radial tire have been studied. Some contact problems and rolling characteristics were discussed, such as the tire deformation, the shape of contact areas, the contact pressure distribution, the contact friction stress distribution, the belt stress distribution. These parameters were determined from the calculated deformation of tire body and tread the distribution of vertical and longitudinal forces along the contact patch. The results provide a guidance value in the tire design, vibration and noise analysis.
