新型高炉煤气切圆燃烧的CFD数值研究

摘    要:针对高炉煤气的特性,用4个双旋流燃烧器分布于炉膛侧壁形成内切圆的方式组织燃烧,用计算流体动力学方法对高炉煤气在燃烧炉内燃烧状况进行了数值模拟。计算采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型和混合分数-概率密度函数(Mixture-Fraction/PDF)法,分析3种不同直径的模型对炉膛内速度场和温度场分布的影响,结果表明在3 MW热负荷下,直径为1.5m的炉膛内速度场和温度场的充满度较好。

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of BF gas in furnace, the four dual-swirl gas burners were arranged to fire tangentially at the sidewall; and the Realizable k-ε turbulence model and Mixture-Fraction/PDF were taken into account in the simulation. Analyzing influence of three-diameter models on the distribution of veloc- ity and temperature field in the furnace shows that a 1.5m-diameter hearth with 3MW heat load has better full- ness in velocity and temperature fields.
