应用灰色关联理论开展炼油装置能耗星级评价的研究

摘    要:介绍了国内外炼油企业的能耗评价体系,运用灰色关联理论提出了针对炼油企业能耗的星级指标评价体系,将炼油企业各装置按能耗水平分为五星级、四星级、三星级和不合格4类,给出了常减压蒸馏装置和催化裂化装置能耗的星级评价过程和结果。最后运用灰色关联评价法对典型企业进行了星级评价,并与单因能耗评价方法进行了对比分析。

Abstract:The energy consumption evaluation system for refineries was discussed. The gray relation theory- based energy-consumption evaluation system was proposed to have the refining unit graded five-star, four-star, three-star and disqualification, including the presenting of energy consumption evaluation process for the at- mospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the catalytic cracking unit. Finally, some typical refineries' energy consumption was graded with the gray correlation evaluation method and then having this method compared with the energy factor method.
