鱼尾形桨叶用于龙卷流型搅拌反应器的性能研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型、高效、节能的鱼尾形搅拌桨叶应用于龙卷流型搅拌槽中的组合反应器。龙卷流型搅拌设备兼有径向流和轴向流搅拌的特点,其最大的优势在于可以用较低的成本解决目前存在的一些高密度或高浓度固体颗粒悬浮操作技术上的难题。基于此,提出了对这种搅拌式反应器进行更进一步改进的方案。利用CFD技术对鱼尾不同的张开角度和挡板偏移条件进行了模拟,得到了尺寸优化的鱼尾形搅拌反应器结构。

Abstract:A new efficient and energy-saving reactor which boasting of tornado stirring tank with fishtailshaped blade was introduced. The tornado stirring tank, having features of "flow in diameter" and "flow in axis", can benefit the solving of solid suspension of particles with high density or high concentration because of its good capability and tow manufacturing cost. Based on this, a scheme to further improve this reactor was proposed, which employs CFD technology to simulate different tail angles and offset angles so as to obtain an optimal structure for fishtail-shaped stirring reactor.
