基于Fluent清管器空化过程数值模拟及喷嘴尺寸优化

摘    要:采用Fluent计算流体力学软件对清管器空化过程进行数值模拟,研究不同长度、不同喷嘴出口直径的声谐振荡器对空化效果的影响,确定最佳长径比L/d,实现清管器空化结构优化。研究结果表明:Fluent软件可实现空化过程的有效模拟,管壁承受压力、气化体积比和水射流速度均随长径比的变化呈一定规律变化。当L/d=15时,管内壁所受压力最大至7MPa,满足清垢要求;清管器出口和靶距处气化体积百分比达最大值(54%、32%);靶距处拥有最大水射流速度(37m/s)。

Abstract:Making use of the Fluent software, the pig cavitation was numerically simulated to have the influ- ence of harmonic oscillator which boasting of different length (L) and nozzle diameters (d) on the cavitation effect investigated so as to determine an optimal L/d value and to optimize PIG structure. The result indicates that cavitation process can he effectively simulated with Fluent ; and the pressure on pipe wall, and the water vapor percentage and the water jet speed can change with L/d values; when the L/d value is 15, the pipe wall can withstand a 7 MPa pressure and can met the requirement for cleaning scales; and the water vapor percent- age at Pig' s exit and target can reach 54% and 32% ( max. ) together with 3?m/s for maximum water jet ve- locity at the target.
