煤化工装置中硫回收单元的模拟设计

摘    要:采用Sulsim软件,对煤化工装置中硫回收单元进行流程模拟设计。采用不同浓度的氧气与同一原料酸性气发生燃烧反应,讨论了氧气浓度对燃烧反应的影响,分析了采用Sulsim软件中不同的燃烧反应经验模式设计对模拟结果的影响。模拟结果表明,使用纯氧可大幅度提高装置处理能力,且在Sulsim软件模拟中,炉膛燃烧反应模式选用富氧燃烧模式更为可靠。模拟结果与国内外研究资料及实际工厂运行情况吻合,并分析了该模拟结果产生的原因及其对于工业设计的意义。

Abstract:The Sulsim software was used to do process simulation design for the sulfur recovery unit in coal chemical engineering. The same sour gas feed reacted with oxygen of different purity. The impact of the oxygen concentration on the combustion reaction was discussed and the impact of the different combustion reaction empirical mode designs included in the Sulsim software on the simulation effect was analyzed. The simulation result indicated that pure oxygen could greatly improve the plant's capacity. It also showed that the oxygen-enriched mode was more reliable and conservative for the actual design. This finding was consistent with the results of the research data and the actual plant operations. The cause of those results and their significance on commercial designs was analyzed.
