| 摘 要： | 三维激光扫描系统是反求工程的重要组成部分,是集数控、激光、CAD/CAM、精密机械、计算机图像采集与处理为一体的集成系统,它主要由运动控制、图像采集、图像处理、三维重构等几大部分组成。本文主要针对随动运动控制子系统的控制原理、硬件组成及软件设计思想作了描述,同时对计算机图像采集子系统的硬件组成、软件设计具体算法及实验结果进行了详细的分析与论述。实验表明,激光扫描测量系统的测量精度有所提高。 |

| Abstract: | D laser scan system is important one of r ev erse engineering, it is a compositive system,including numerical control,laser ,CAD/CAM,precise mechanism,computer,image collection and image processing. I t is composed of motion control system,image collection system,image processin g system, 3D conformation etc. This paper will particularly introduce control pr incipal,hardware constitutes and software design idea of running system under c ontrol. At the same time,it will detailedly discuss hardware constitutes,softw are arithmetic and experiment result of computer image collection system. As a t est result,the quality of scanning images was improved greatly. |
