载体SiO2上纳米TiO2膜的制备及光催化性能

摘    要:以SiO2为载体,在酸性条件下,用TiCl4水解法制备了TiO2纳米膜催化剂TiO2/SiO2,以IR,XRD,SEM和吸光光度法对其进行了表征,所制TiO2膜的平均粒径在12nm以内,并能在很宽的煅烧温度内保持锐钛矿晶体结构,将TiO2/SiO2应用于光催化降解敌敌畏(DDVP),具有高的光催化活性,且易回收及反复使用,探讨了不同条件对光催化活性的影响。

Abstract:The TiO2/SiO2 photocatalysts have been prepared by hydrolysis of TiCl4 in acid conditions,and characterized by IR,XRD,SEM and photometry.The TiO2 film kept anatase form in wide range of temperature,and its average diameter was within 12 nm. They had high activity in degrading DDVP,and were easy to be recycled and reused.The photocatalytic activity under diferrent preparing conditions were also studied
