| 摘 要： | 提出了社区及社区电子政务的概念，并概述了目前国内外社区电子政务的发展现状。详细介绍了一个基于B／S结构的社区电子政务的系统，分析了该系统的总体架构，重点对系统主要模块的功能进行了分析说明。最后总结了本系统的特点。

| Abstract: | The concepts of block community and E-governance in city's block community are put forward, and the development of the domestic and international E-governance in city's block at present is summed up. Then an E-governance information system in city's block based on B/S structure is introduced in detail. The framework and the function of the system modules are analyzed. Finally, character of the system is summarized. |
