摘    要:设计了一种基于RS485/RS422通信协议的多速收发器.该收发器可选择三种通信速度,并对应不同的通信距离,具有失效保护、过温过热保护、热振荡保护、迟滞比较、限摆率、短路电流限制和通信编码纠错等功能,能有效防止EMI的影响,总线上可以同时驱动256个负载.测试结果表明,在通信速度为10 Mb/s,500 kb/s和115 kb/s时,上升时间分别为33 ns,663 ns和2580 ns,摆率满足RS485/RS422协议要求.该收发器已经成功批量生产,大大扩宽了RS485/RS422协议芯片的应用范围.

Abstract:A design of multi-rate transceiver based on RS485/RS422 was presented. The transceiver contains three selectable slew rates, which correspond to different distances. The transceiver incorporates all necessary functions such as true fail-safe, over temperature protection, hot oscillator protection, hysteresis comparator, slew-rate limitating, short-circuit current limitating, communication decode correction, EMI effects were prevented effectively and up to 256 transceivers on the bus were allowed. According to the test, the rise time are 33, 663 and 2580 ns respectively at 10 Mb/s, 500 kb/s, and 115 kb/s. The slew-rate fulfils the RS485/RS422. This transceiver is in large batch production now, which enlarge the application of chip RS485/RS422
