紧密纺技术在EJ128K型细纱机上的应用

摘    要:传统棉纺细纱机纺纱过程中因纺纱三角区的存在,造成纱线毛羽多且长,影响织物质量。分析了传统棉纺细纱机的纺纱特点以及利用紧密纺技术进行改造的方法,对紧密纺纺纱原理进行了论述,介绍了上海二纺机生产的网格圈集聚型紧密纺装置的结构特点及存在的问题。纺纱结果表明紧密纺与传统环锭纺相比在毛羽、强力、条干及生产效率等方面均有较大改善,综合效益较好。

Abstract:The spinning characteristics of traditional cotton spinning frame and the reformed method with compact spinning technique are analysed in this paper. And the principle of compact spinning as well as the structure features of the compact spinning frame produced by Shanghai No. 2 textile machine works are also introduced. The spinning test shows that some performances of the yarn with compact spinning technique are better than that of ring spinning technique.
