| 摘 要： | 本文研究具概周期的广义时滞Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ方程：的解的全局吸引性与振动性，获得了方程（＊）存在全局吸引的正的概周期解的充分条件，同时给出了方程（＊）所有正解关于概周期解振动和关于Ｋ（ｔ）振动的充分条件。

| Abstract: | Sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence of a globally attracting positive unique almost periodic solution of the following extended delay logistic equations.and sufficient conditrons are also obtained for oscillation of all positive solwtions about the unique almost periodic solwtion and K(t). |
