双密封技术在回转式空气预热器密封改造中的应用

摘    要:通过对淮北第二发电厂2台300MW燃煤机组锅炉回转式空气预热器(空预器)漏风原因的分析,提出了空预器“双密封”改造的可行性方案。改造后,较好地解决了回转式空预器漏风大、自动漏风控制系统可靠性差等问题。

Abstract:Through cause analysis of air leakage in rotary air preheaters for boilers of two 300 MW coal-firing units at Huaibei Power Plant No.2,a feasible scheme of retrofitting the said air preheaters into dual-sealing has been put forward.After retrofitting,problems such as large amount of air leakage in said air preheaters and bad reliability of automatic air leakage control system etc.have been solved.
